Studio Rules & Guidelines

Please adhere to the following rules and guidelines for the optimal use of our studio space:

1. Your reserved time slot includes both setup and cleanup time. It's important to note that other bookings may follow, so kindly refrain from exceeding your scheduled time without prior communication with a White Space team member.

2. While you're welcome to rearrange the furniture within the studio to suit your needs, we request that you avoid dragging any furniture across the floor. Enlist assistance for moving heavy items and ensure that all furniture is returned to its original position.

3. After each shoot, please ensure that the studio is left in a tidy state. This involves sweeping or mopping the floor and taking out any trash. We appreciate your efforts in maintaining the studio's cleanliness, particularly the white floors which require extra care. A vacuum and Swiffer mop are available in the closet for your convenience.

4. Under no circumstances are nails, pins, or similar items to be affixed to the walls. If you need to hang something, please utilize command hooks, putty, or gentle tape. Should any damage occur to the walls, you will be held responsible for arranging necessary repairs.

5. Demonstrate respect for the building and fellow tenants by keeping noise levels within the studio at a considerate level.

6. Studio furniture and equipment that is unmarked and not stored in the designated storage area are available for your use.

7. The building's entry code is to be shared solely with your authorized guests. Protect the security of the premises by refraining from sharing the code with unauthorized individuals.

8. Kindly remove your outdoor shoes before entering the studio. Please wear clean shoes exclusively within the studio space.

9. Upon departure, ensure that you take all of your garbage with you. Please refrain from placing studio garbage into the bathroom bins.

10. As the studio may be booked consecutively, it's essential to leave the space in the same condition as you found it.

11. Prior to leaving, always verify that the door is securely locked.

12. Help us conserve energy by turning off all lights before you exit the studio.

13. Promptly inform management of any maintenance, repairs, or damage noticed within the studio. Immediate reporting ensures that accountability is appropriately assigned. Neglecting to report an issue could result in unwarranted responsibility for the next user.

We appreciate your adherence to these guidelines, which collectively contribute to a harmonious and professional studio environment.
