Studio Rules & Guidelines
Please adhere to the following rules and guidelines for the optimal use of our studio space:
1. Your reserved time slot includes both setup and cleanup time. It's important to note that other bookings may follow, so kindly refrain from exceeding your scheduled time without prior communication with a White Space team member.
2. While you're welcome to rearrange the furniture within the studio to suit your needs, we request that you avoid dragging any furniture across the floor. Enlist assistance for moving heavy items and ensure that all furniture is returned to its original position.
3. After each shoot, please ensure that the studio is left in a tidy state. This involves sweeping or mopping the floor and taking out any trash. We appreciate your efforts in maintaining the studio's cleanliness, particularly the white floors which require extra care. A vacuum and Swiffer mop are available in the closet for your convenience.
4. Under no circumstances are nails, pins, or similar items to be affixed to the walls. If you need to hang something, please utilize command hooks, putty, or gentle tape. Should any damage occur to the walls, you will be held responsible for arranging necessary repairs.
5. Demonstrate respect for the building and fellow tenants by keeping noise levels within the studio at a considerate level.
6. Studio furniture and equipment that is unmarked and not stored in the designated storage area are available for your use.
7. The building's entry code is to be shared solely with your authorized guests. Protect the security of the premises by refraining from sharing the code with unauthorized individuals.
8. Kindly remove your outdoor shoes before entering the studio. Please wear clean shoes exclusively within the studio space.
9. Upon departure, ensure that you take all of your garbage with you. Please refrain from placing studio garbage into the bathroom bins.
10. As the studio may be booked consecutively, it's essential to leave the space in the same condition as you found it.
11. Prior to leaving, always verify that the door is securely locked.
12. Help us conserve energy by turning off all lights before you exit the studio.
13. Promptly inform management of any maintenance, repairs, or damage noticed within the studio. Immediate reporting ensures that accountability is appropriately assigned. Neglecting to report an issue could result in unwarranted responsibility for the next user.

Unfortunately not. The studio is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator access.

Cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance will have 90 days to rebook for another time. Please note that no refunds for fees already paid will be given. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental are forfeited.

The studio does not feature plumbing facilities. However, conveniently located on the 2nd floor, near the staircase, you will find shared washrooms available for use.

You are permitted to have food and beverages within the designated space. However, we kindly request that you take responsibility for disposing of any garbage and waste generated during your stay, as well as promptly addressing any spills that may occur. Should the studios require supplementary cleaning beyond the standard upkeep, a cleaning fee of $100 will be levied and invoiced subsequent to the rental period.

The studio offers high-speed internet connectivity, and the corresponding password will be shared with you upon confirmation of your booking.

Paid street parking is available from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. For longer durations, convenient all-day parking lots are situated nearby. Additionally, if your booking falls on a Sunday, you'll enjoy the benefit of complimentary parking.

Access to the building will be granted through a designated code provided to you. Please ensure that this code is exclusively shared with you and your invited guests, refraining from any public distribution. Similarly, for entry into the studio, an individual keypad code will be allocated to you, exclusively applicable during your designated studio rental duration.

Certainly, the space is open to pets! Nonetheless, we kindly request that pets avoid the light-colored furniture, and we appreciate ensuring their paws are clean prior to entering the studio. Please note that a pet fee of $20 + GST Pet Fee should be selected at the time of booking. Your understanding is greatly valued.

Absolutely, you're welcome to bring in your equipment. We do, however, kindly request that you exercise caution to prevent any damage to the flooring and furniture.

The expansive windows offer dual exposures to the south and west. The lighting dynamics vary across the year, with the spring and summer seasons showcasing a profusion of sunlight streaming in from the south during the late morning hours. As the day progresses, the studio becomes fully illuminated in the afternoon, and the golden hour further accentuates the space with its warm, radiant light.

Indeed, the furniture is at your disposal for use. In the event that any damage occurs to the furniture, encompassing spills, tears, or holes, an additional fee will be incurred to cover the necessary repairs. Your mindfulness in this regard is greatly appreciated.

The studio provides an expanding array of accessible props, which currently encompass stools, chairs, coffee tables, a couch, apple boxes, a fan, and paper backdrops (subject to a fee). Additionally, we are in the process of incorporating an air mattress for boudoir photography, enhancing our offerings further.

There is no elevator in the building however the studio is located on the second floor and is one flight of stairs up.
